Yes. Video, floor plans, and 3D tours are available upon request. While we don’t offer these with every photoshoot, we can coordinate additional services when your property calls for them. Just let us know what you’re looking for when scheduling!
-
Yes! Drone photography is available as an add-on to any photoshoot and offers a great way to show the property from a different perspective, especially for larger lots or features that are difficult to capture from the ground. All drone photography is performed by an FAA-certified drone pilot.

Most photos are delivered within 48 hours of the photoshoot. Need them sooner? Rush delivery within 24 hours is available for an additional fee. Turnaround times for larger or more specialized projects may vary.
-
Timing varies depending on the size of the property and the services requested, but most residential photoshoots take around 1-2 hours. Larger properties or additional services may require a little more time.
-
A little cloud cover usually isn’t a problem, but heavy rain or other conditions that could affect the photos may mean we need to reschedule. If your property is particularly weather-sensitive, such as a home with mountain views, let us know when scheduling. We keep an eye on the forecast and will be in touch if conditions look like they may interfere with the shoot.
-
We understand that plans change. When possible, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your photoshoot, and we’ll do our best to work with you. If we’ve already arrived at the property before a cancellation or rescheduling request is made, a trip fee may apply.
-
We ask that the property be photo-ready before the scheduled appointment. We’re happy to make small adjustments when needed, but we’re not able to extensively move furniture, personal belongings, or clutter from room to room during the photoshoot. Having everything ready ahead of time allows us to focus our time on creating the best possible images of the property. Feel free to check out our prep guide for tips on getting your property photo-ready!
-
Not necessarily! As long as we have a way to access the property, you’re welcome to leave the rest to us. We can access both SUPRA and SentriLock lockboxes, or you can provide another method of entry when scheduling.
When possible, we recommend that homeowners and occupants step out during the photoshoot so we can move efficiently through the property. If there’s anything specific you’d like us to highlight, just let us know ahead of time. -
We accept all major credit cards. Invoices are sent through Quickbooks for convenient online payment. If you have a different preferred method, please let us know.
