1) The basic Virtual Tour consists of 4 scenes. The four scenes can be in any interior or exterior location you desire. We would recommend you use all 4 scenes in the interior of the home unless there is a great view from either the front or rear of the home.

2) Weather conditions – we do not cancel due to rainy weather. TCM photographers can photograph the interior of a home during rainy conditions. If an exterior shot is required, the TCM photographer will shoot the interior and return at a later time, when in the area, to shoot the exterior Virtual Tour. The Agent does not have to be present when the TCM photographer shoots the exterior of the home (the homeowner / agent will be notified that the photographer will be on the premises to complete the Virtual Tour order).

3) TCM does enforce and will charge the Agent for any Virtual Tour photographic session canceled within 24 hours of the schedule shoot. This also applies to "no shows" by the Broker or Agent.

4) Please be aware that a Virtual Tour is not the same as a photo shoot for a "Homes Beautiful" photo spread. A Virtual Tour is to be considered a marketing tool in selling/buying a home. TCM strives to achieve optimum quality in the Virtual Tour and takes extra measures to ensure the quality. Every scene is corrected in PhotoShop for correct light, brightness, spots and contrast before the tour is sent to HomeStore.com to be posted to the various web sites. TCM offers their Enhanced Windows service. Please see the Enhanced Windows sheet for details.

5) Tours withe current MLS numbers will post to Realtor.com and all major web sites within 2-5 working days depending on several factors: for Cendant Certificate Holders, if the certificate number is not supplied with the order, the tour will be delayed in being posted. If the Agent has ordered Enhanced Windows, this will delay the tour from being posted until TCM has finished with the Enhanced Windows service.

6) After the Virtual Tour has been posted to the web sites, the Agent and/or their designated media person will be e-mailed the link (web address) to the Virtual Tour. This link is to be used by the Agent or their media person to view the tour. If the Agent has their own website, this link can be put on their web site which will direct their clients to the tour.

7) Payment: Payment for Virtual Tours will be by credit card. The Broker, if using a company credit card, or Agent is to contact TCM and supply credit card information before the tour is scheduled. Please indicate if you want TCM to keep credit card information on file (secured) for future use (recommended), or you want to call each time a tour is ordered with the credit card information (time consuming for both Broker/Agent and TCM).

8) TransCarolina Marketing requires that the Agent or an authorized representative of the Real Estate firm be on site with TCM’s photographer.

9) TCM Virtual Tour Online Order Form: You can find our online order form on our web page at www.tcmphotos.com/order.
